I was there as a: Overnight Tenter, Family with children
We love it here. Clean washrooms, laundry and outside kitchen sink. Ron in outside services is a very helpful guy. Just wish the staff will slow down driving the go carts and maybe be use lights at night.

This is a bare bones camp ground. No garbage pick up, no daytime activities for the kids. Any activities don’t start until 6:45 and aren’t geared toward young children. Wifi was slow and not functional for 2 days. Pool was freezing cold, restrooms smelled like wet dog, drainage was poor and water pooled on sites when it rained. The staff, although they tried to be friendly, came across as rough and not well versed in hospitality. The only perk about staying here is the proximity to Santa’s village. We will not stay here again.

We've been to Santa's Whispering Pines 4 times now and we'll definitely be going again. Everyone there is friendly and helpful, there's lots of planned activities, the park keeps my kids busy and they love having a morning visit with Santa & Mrs. Claus as they tour the sites every day. Santa & Mrs. Claus are also very informative of upcoming events in the campground and across the road at Santa's Village (we LOVE Santa's Village!). My only complaint would be the last couple of years we've been there the firewood we purchased was green and seems over priced. Don't let you scare this away though! It's a great place and we've recommended it over and over again.

Despite the wet weather conditions the staff were great. The only thing I would mention is a more regular cleaning schedule for the washrooms, especially during the wetter days. During our 4 day stay there was not much planned for family or Kids, this may have been just poor timing on our part, as they had activities planned before our arrival and after our departure. Over all I give 4 Stars out of 5.

Campsites are way to close. Our fire pit was right next to the other trailor. I felt like I was in a city. At night sitting by the fire you just hear everyone talk. There is just a hum of everyone talking. If you are going for a camping experience this is definitely not the campground for that. This campground is just good for going to santas village for kids.

This is our second visit to Santas Whispering Pines Campground and were again completely happy with our choice. The campground staff is very pleasant and helpful and the campsites are organized and tidy. The playground equipment is sufficiently large to comfortably accommodate a number of children at once. The washroom building in the back of the park is super. Fairly new, bright and spacious. The washroom building in the front of the park is ready for some updating but is clean and adequately sized. I routinely recommend the Santas village and Santas Whispering Pines Campground experience to families with children.

What an excellent family trip destination! Thank you to all the staff that went above and beyond ensuring our stay was excellent. We even extended a night and moved sites which was totally worth it The playground is large and new. The washrooms and showers are big and clean. We loved the outdoor sinks for washing hands and brushing teeth without having to go inside the toilet area. We had our 31' Motorhome but there are loads of cabins to rent if you don't have your own RV. Supper with santa was a highlight. As well as his morning ritual of touring the campground on his golf cart. Nighttime shut down was like clockwork. All our fellow campers had young children too so everyone anticipates the early mornings and put fires out and went to bed at 11p.m. Two thumbs up all around.

This campground is the only place my family and I will camp. We stayed for a week and the week flew right by. We even missed doing some of the exploring I had hoped to do in town because we just found ourselves staying at the campground because it is able to hold you there. The family activities each night are great for all members of the family. There is always something to do be it swimming, playing at the park or borrowing one of the many games they have for a rainy day(or any other day really). Sarah and Kevin and the staff they surround themselves with are wonderful. It is a perfect place to take your children and an adventure they will never forget.

Best camping experience for our family. A wonderful memory. Looking forward to returning.
